With a background as both a teacher and an actor, Tania embodies the Maura Fay philosophy of delivering outcome-focused training in an engaging way that makes it ‘real’.

Tania is one of Maura Fay Workshops’ most popular trainers, with an engaging way of bringing participants on the learning journey. She has worked across a wide range of industries throughout Australia, Asia and North America.

Tania is an accredited teacher with a Graduate Diploma in Education and more than ten years teaching experience. She is also a highly accomplished presenter, actor and director, having worked in theatre her whole life.

Tania’s performance experience combines with her background in education to create an innovative training style that engages participants with learning while also challenging them to go beyond their comfort zone to achieve compelling goals.

Having worked with small, large and multinational organisations, Tania has a keen understanding of the need to deliver training that aligns with business objectives. She has done this with clients in a wide range of sectors from professional services to finance and retail. Some of her past and present clients include KPMG, Aristocrat, Vic Super, and Mitre 10.

When she’s not training somewhere half way around the world, Tania lives in Melbourne. In her limited spare time between theatre directing and Maura Fay training she tries to find quiet space to read, draw and spend time with her husband.
