Simon’s years of corporate training experience are backed up by a passion for helping others develop and grow.

Simon is a recent addition to the Maura Fay Workshops team, joining the company in 2006. He brings with him over 12 years of corporate training experience backed up by a passion for helping others develop and grow.

In the short time since he joined MFW, he has already worked with a broad range of client organisations including Telstra, Australia Post the Australian Building Codes Board, Bayer CropScience and ANZ Bank. His results have been outstanding, with several clients already requesting Simon for future work.

Simon’s experience is not limited to face-to-face training. He also has extensive experience with the design of staff training programs and manuals.

When he’s not training, Simon owns and runs his own theatre company and continues to work as an actor on stage as well as in film and television productions. He holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Acting from Australia’s prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art as well as a DiSC Personality Profile System® accreditation.

Simon’s wife Felicity is also a professional actress and Maura Fay Workshop trainer. They live in Melbourne and in their spare time enjoy horseback riding in the picturesque Yarra Valley wine country outside Melbourne. Simon also loves playing guitar, cooking and writing, and dreams of one day writing the quintessential great Australian novel.
