Paul’s corporate and academic expertise combines with his extensive knowledge of Asia and its many cultures to deliver region-specific training that also meets international standards of excellence.

Paul joined Maura Fay Workshops in 2005, bringing with him over a decade of senior corporate, academic and artistic achievement, with a specialist emphasis on communication skills.

Formerly a university lecturer in Art and Theatre history, Paul’s more recent career has included prestigious roles as a journalist with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) and the Academic Director of a school in Jakarta. He was also the Assistant Director of the British Council’s Professional Development Centre in Singapore where he worked with several multinational corporations including Singapore Airlines and Standard and Poors. He also has extensive media experience, training news presenters for Mediacorp and even the Singapore Idols.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Paul is an accomplished writer and actor. He has toured the globe with several stage productions and won critical acclaim for his leading role in Hamlet.

Since joining MFW, Paul’s corporate, academic and artistic skills have been invaluable in the development and delivery of highly successful training programs across the Asia-Pacific region. As the head of corporate sales and delivery for Asia, his focus is on the development of training products that are specifically tailored for Asian corporate and societal culture.

Born in Tanzania, Paul has lived on three continents and has worked in a diverse range of countries. He is based in Singapore where he has become a well-respected speaker and presenter. He speaks at many executive conferences and was recently dubbed “the quintessential public speaker” by Her World magazine. He has also been called “an engaging provocateur” and “eerily insightful”.
