A qualified teacher and experienced corporate trainer, Jillian helps participants achieve sustainable results through a combination of proven techniques and practical exercises.

Jillian is one of our most experienced trainers and coaches, having joined Maura Fay Workshops in 1994.  Since then she has delivered the full suite of our programs to clients around the world.

A passionate and highly respected trainer, Jillian’s extensive experience in adult education is underpinned by a teaching qualification from Melbourne University and a post-graduate diploma from the prestigious E15 Drama School in London.   She is also MBTI and DISC-accredited and has a Certificate 4 in Workplace Training.  

Jillian uses her education and experience to support a range of proven diagnostic techniques and practical exercises that help course participants achieve sustainable behavioural change.    She has worked successfully with clients in many different industries and sectors throughout Australia, Asia and Europe.  Amongst them are KPMG, Bristol Myers Squibb, L’Oreal, Kraft Foods, National Australia Bank, Australia Post, Telstra, Deutche Bank, Mazda and Merrill Lynch.

With a list of television, film and theatre credits in both Australia and the UK, Jillian’s training accomplishments are equalled only by her acting experience.   She has performed on London’s West End, as well as with the acclaimed Melbourne Theatre Company and many others.

Jillian lives in Melbourne with her husband, artist Peter Kennedy, and their son Alastair, who is a passionate young musician.  In a house full of artistic talent, it’s hardly surprising that Jillian dreams of either becoming an opera singer or making an Academy Award acceptance speech some day.  Whatever happens, there’s little doubt that if her artistic acclaim matches her training popularity, she’ll be playing to nothing but packed houses
