Felicity Wood
Senior Consultant & Trainer Maura Fay Workshops

Felicity’s experience allows her to build quick and lasting rapport, which helps people become engaged and more open to new learning.

Felicity Wood is known by many as an experienced actor, with a double degree in French and Drama/Theatre Studies from Monash University and several Australian TV credits to her name. However she’s known by many more as a highly experienced and well qualified trainer and coach who has worked with Maura Fay clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.

Her combination of extensive corporate and acting experience allows Felicity to build a quick and lasting rapport with the people she trains. This, in turn, allows them to engage with the learning process more comfortably, leaving behind the inhibitions and doubt that can often accompany new learning. Her clients regularly comment on her high level of skill, energetic style, sense of humour and, most importantly, her excellent results.

Felicity’s client list spans both the public and private sectors, including engagements with multinational corporations such as IBM, Mazda, Shell, GE, and ANZ Bank as well as the Victorian State Government’s Department of Premier and Cabinet. She is MBTI and DISC-accredited and is on the GE Faculty of Trainers.

When Felicity joined Maura Fay in 2000, she brought a great deal of skill, passion and experience with her. In 2006, she brought us something even more – her husband Simon, who has now also joined Maura Fay Workshops. When they’re not running workshops, they enjoy horseback riding in the picturesque Yarra Valley wine country outside Melbourne, and dream of one day settling there permanently.
