Craig’s leadership development, program design and delivery experience combines with his acting background to create an innovative and effective training approach.

Craig joined the Maura Fay Group in January 2006 with more than a decade of extensive leadership consulting experience already to his credit.  He has worked across a wide range of industries, with particular emphasis in banking, finance and advertising.

Like many of our consultants, Craig spent a number of years as a professional actor prior to beginning his consulting career.  His acting credits include both television and theatre work, most notably with the Australian Opera Company.   This experience, combined with his learning and development background, has helped him develop an innovative training style that quickly engages participants.  He relates well to groups while still challenging their thinking and achieving sustainable business outcomes.

Craig has worked throughout Australia and the Asian region with clients including IBM Business Consulting, KPMG Australia, AT Kearney, Optus, GlaxoSmithKline and Australia Post.    Craig is also accredited in both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), DiSC Personal Profile System® and the Team Management Index (TMI).    

The pursuit of excellence is not limited to Craig’s professional life.   He is also a highly accomplished triathlete, and hopes to someday complete a gruelling Ironman event.   Craig is based in Melbourne, where he lives with his wife Karen and their two children.
