Chris joined Maura Fay Workshops bringing with him over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of training across a wide range of organisational development disciplines. Chris specialises in team development, issues facilitation, change management, career transition and performance management. His post-graduate qualifications in adult education allow him to infuse his natural enthusiasm and extensive practical experience with proven techniques to facilitate adult learning. This combination of factors gives Chris a unique ability to adapt his sessions to the needs of particular groups or individuals within them. He often focuses on the use of humour to facilitate change, which he believes lightens up the atmosphere and lets people relax into learning. Chris has worked extensively in Australia, Europe and the United States. He has trained in virtually all industries and sectors, including government, education, construction, manufacturing, logistics and professional services. Born in England, Chris moved to Australia in his early 20s and is now based in Sydney. He enjoys golf, theatresports and, above all, spending time with his wife Kate and their young daughter Nina.
