| Brett Chant Senior Consultant & Trainer Maura Fay Workshops Brett is a dynamic and energetic trainer who draws heavily on his extensive experience as well as the principles of accelerative learning. Brett came to Maura Fay Workshops with a strong background in both training and corporate management. Brett’s training experience includes over ten years in the travel sector, with four years as a national trainer with STA Travel. He has also worked with several iconic Australian companies such as David Jones and Georges. Since joining MFW, Brett has delivered training programs for a range of Australian and multinational organisations including American icon General Electric, Holland’s global ING Bank and Australasian telecommunications giant Optus. A dynamic and energetic trainer, Brett delivers the full suite of MFW programs and maintains a specialist focus on leadership, coaching and cultural diversity. He draws heavily on his extensive experience as well as the foundations of accelerative learning. Brett is also a member of MFW’s design team, where he is responsible for the development of new and innovative training programs. His contemporary and global perspective brings creativity and thought leadership to program design, while his personal style brings panache and zeal to his delivery. Brett lived for a year in both Cairo and Istanbul while he was working in the travel industry and continues to travel extensively with MFW, particularly throughout the Asia Pacific region. While he has not yet worked on every continent in the world, we have no doubt that if MFW ever set up an office in Antarctica, Brett would be the first to volunteer. | ![]() |
