Training Trainers

Good training does not simply result from the presence of subject knowledge. In fact, a successful trainer needs to know how to transfer learning to group members with a variety of different learning styles and in a way the results in the desired behavioural change.

Effective trainers understand the principles of how adults learn best. They employ advanced communication skills such as questioning, listening, confident presenting techniques and have the ability to facilitate discussions, elicit information and manage group dynamics.

This program enables participants to prepare, structure and deliver creative and comprehensive training sessions. The simulations provided in this program create authentic opportunities for individual skill development and practice.

The Training Trainers program will provide participants with the theory, tools and practical skills to ensure that they are able to train others competently and confidently.

MFW recommends Training Trainers as a three-day program.
