Team Communication

In this competitive and technologically advanced age, it can be easy to overlook the importance of teamwork and the vast number of achievements that depend on it. When individuals understand their own and others’ preferences for communication, problem solving and leadership, they begin to work more productively.

This interactive program gives participants the opportunity to practice a wide range of processing and communication skills in order to contribute to an environment that is both productive and motivating for all team members.

Models such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI®, DiSC® Personal Profi le System® or the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI™) offer a practical framework and a common language for the program. Additionally, models will be analysed to assist individuals and teams recognise their strengths and challenges, and also to discover their potential and excel in the workplace.

MFW recommends Team Communication as a two-day program.
