Strategic Leadership for Senior Managers

The actions of a strategic leader are not only observed by the organisation, the board and often a significant number of share holders, but in many cases by the press and the general public as a whole.

These individuals, through their behaviour can prescribe and maintain the culture of their organisation and set a precedent for leadership trends in the business community.

This program has been designed for participants who have the authority to make senior decisions or have influence over the strategic direction of a division, department or the business as a whole. In these positions, the behaviour of leaders is closely observed by followers and, often without knowing, individuals will prescribe and maintain the culture of the business through their role modeling.

As a result, this workshop is a blend of increased selfawareness and the skills to lead and inspire positive culture. Participants will be encouraged to participate actively in an extended case study and then elicit constructive feedback from others, in order to increase their understanding of the impact of their behaviour.

MFW recommend Strategic Leadership for Senior Managers as a minimum two day program.
