As a leader, you are a signpost modeling to others how they are expected to behave. Whether you want it or not, people are always watching. For those just starting out in a supervisory or leadership role, suddenly being a role model can be very daunting.
This two day program provides the foundation skills from which an individual can begin to build their own sense of confident leadership, based on latent skills existing within their own life experience or drawn from observation of others. The program is focused primarily on the SELF as the primary resource for accessing leadership attitude and capability, and begins the process of building strong leadership competency.
MFW recommends Leadership – Supervisory Skills as a two day program. It is particularly relevant at the High Potential and Graduate level and is recommended as the first step in a Leadership Pathway.
