Leadership Fundamentals

For Managers

There is no manual for managing the complexity of human behaviour. Leaders are required to draw from personal knowledge and experience to navigate the potential minefield of human emotion in a way that is consistent, fair, professional and insightful.

This program looks at human behaviour in depth, giving team leaders greater knowledge and skills to motivate, influence, negotiate and manage performance and conflict within teams.

The program builds on the foundation established in the Supervisory Skills program, reviewing and extending core skills and sharing of key leadership experiences. The program has also been designed to ‘stand alone’ so that individuals who have joined the organisation following the Supervisory Skills program will not be disadvantaged.

MFW recommends Leadership Fundamentals for Managers as a minimum two day program.
