Effective training requires a confident culmination of presentation, facilitation and coaching skills. Individuals have different learning styles, and truly effective trainers have the flexibility required to adjust both content and delivery to suit the participants.
The Delivering Effective Workshops program provides a framework for qualifying different participant groups and learning styles. It offers strategies and techniques to ensure that content and training styles are in alignment with the participants to maximise the impact and effectiveness of training sessions.
This program assumes existing knowledge of adult learning principles and some training design and delivery experience. Building on the existing skills of confident and experienced trainers, the program examines interpersonal dynamics within groups and the communication process involved in learning.
MFW recommends Delivering Effective Workshops as a two-day program.
