Cross Cultural Communication Fundamentals

Globalisation and international expansion present a variety of challenges for businesses and leaders in the way they communicate both internally and externally.

This program offers participants the opportunity to consider different aspects of cross-cultural communication, such as the impact of cultural sensitivities and potential boundaries.

Based on the research of Hofstede, participants are led through a series of interactive learning activities to provide an understanding of how communication preferences change according to cultural norms. Participants learn what to avoid and how to increase the overall effectiveness of their interactions.

MFW recommends Cross Cultural Communication Fundamentals as a one-day program.
