TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been received. This must be no later than 14 working days prior to workshop commencement date. (If your workshop has been PAID for via a prepaid voucher, please disregard payment details and contact your HR Department for any queries.)

• Cancellations: ONCE REGISTERED THE WORKSHOP IS NON-REFUNDABLE. That is, should you cancel within 10 working days of commencement of program, 100% of the workshop fee is applicable.

• Transfers: One FREE OF CHARGE Transfer is permitted, however if inside 10 working days of the commencement of the program, 100% of the course fee is forfeited.

• Replacements: Replacing yourself with a colleague is permitted. PLEASE NOTE you must provide MFW with a written statement (email) with yours and your replacements details before the workshop date for the replacement to be processed. Full payment is required prior to attending the course.

• MFW reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program.
