Individual Focus
Each of us has our own style of communicating. MFW creates the difference on an individual's performance, helping each individual to explore their own communication style through the application of proven methods and a high level of personal coaching.
In many workshops, participants are video-recorded as they deliver a work-related presentation at the commencement of the workshop. The trainers actively assess each participant's existing skill level, individual strengths and areas for development. This provides a working model for peer and self-analysis, and ensures each workshop is specific to the audience. Throughout the delivery of the workshop, trainers tailor content, analogies, and skill progression based on their expert assessment of the competency levels within each group.
This process contributes to MFW's excellent ratio of individual improvement and skill transfer. Similar skill assessment opportunities are built in to all MFW programs to ensure that every workshop is conducted at relevant and effective skill levels and pace.

Individual Executive Coaching
Coaching is an integral part of all MFW programs. This is a unique aspect of MFW's approach to achieving behavioural change. Beginning with the skill level of the individual, personal coaching is structured to achieve maximum personal improvement and facilitate behavioural change in presentation and influencing skills.
Self-assessment of video-recorded performance, peer evaluation and expert feedback form the basis of development for each individual. Participants receive personal coaching on the areas that they identify as needing improvement. This creates an environment more conducive to learning, and encourages participants to take ownership for their own development. Individuals are personally challenged and inspired to improve their individual performance on the job.
A participant, for example, may need to improve vocal quality when presenting. The actor will provide specific exercises and techniques to assist with this objective and coach the participant into the application of these new skills, maximising opportunities for behavioural change.
Personalised coaching offers two major advantages:
identification and development of individual style of communication
individual improvement from each participant's existing skill level.
Rather than attempting to train all members of a group to a predetermined level of proficiency, the high level of personal coaching in MFW workshops increases the return for each participant, and maximises the relevance of all skill development.
