• One to one: influencing
• One to a group: presenting
• One in a group: connecting

One in a group communication addresses the dynamics of groups and teams, and the ability to manage the physical and emotional environment. Training examines how group dynamics occur, and provides skills to manage individual and group behaviours, ownership of content, achieving objectives and interpersonal synergies.
Programs from this suite include Facilitation Techniques, Team Building and Team Communication, Managing Meetings, a range of leadership programs along with coaching and mentoring.
Tailored programs are designed to incorporate elements of these three styles of communication depending on the objectives of the organisation, the target participants, and the time and resources available.
