Customisation

As a leading provider in communication skills training, MFW offers a consultative relationship in each of the areas represented in the diagram of the training development process.

Client Managers work closely with the MFW Resource and Design Consultants and client throughout this process. The training team is fully briefed and works in alignment to deliver solutions to clients needs, assist with evaluation and make recommendations for further development of individuals and teams. MFW are committed to on-going service to our clients.

MFW creates a "Tailored Pathway of Learning" to provide a holistic approach to professional development, rather than pure intervention training. In practical terms this ensures that learning is relevant and layered in a way that is aligned to the growth of a company, particular career paths within the organisation and the personal growth of the individual employee.

Research and Development

MFW customise products in a number of ways; tailoring existing modules to incorporate specific organisational vocabulary, scenarios or systems (for example, performance management processes, leadership KPI's or client scenarios). Often, we also develop material from square one, using an organisation's preferred text, model or existing system.

In these cases, we assign a Project Management Team to manage the research and development component. Where required we will work together with associate providers to provide a comprehensive curriculum to meet development needs. MFW conduct industry, organisational and client research, collaborate with internal Learning and Development experts, provide instructional design for the program, and create specific case studies for use within the workshops.
