Accreditation MFW is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and ensures that programs and modules comply with nationally recognised units of competencies.
Programs contain discrete modules that map to units of competencies under the Australian Quality Training Framework and National Accreditation Principles for the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Once assessed to the standards of competency, participants may achieve a statement of attainment toward a nationally recognised certification. The programs provide many opportunities to customise effectively for the individual, at a range of skill levels, and areas of need. All three of the content areas (one to one, one to a group, and one in a group) are regarded as being equally important in the business service and communication context. Depending on the area of need of the individual at entry point, any one of the content areas may be selected for development, and units of competencies may be built towards a certificate in business services. |
Measurement Processes MFW are unique in their ability to achieve long-term behavioural change and high levels of skill transfer to the workplace from training interventions of a limited duration. Our workshops employ a number of techniques to measure short, medium and long-term results. The consultative process leading up to the workshop delivery often manifests itself in the development of tailored results measurement systems that are efficient, effective and relevant. As each of the learning outcomes is worked through, participants are given the opportunity to practice new skills or improve existing ones. As they do so, they are asked for their own evaluation of their performance and are given constructive, structured feedback from the rest of the group.
